Iftikhar is a Director in ALTÉRRA’s Investments team and brings over 19 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, and energy transition investments. He leads

assessment and execution of climate-focused investments across funds and co-investments.

Prior to joining ALTÉRRA, Iftikhar was Partner and Global Head of Infrastructure and Energy Transition at Aon in Toronto, where he advised on complex transactions and strategic initiatives in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Iftikhar holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy, Administration and Law, an MBA in Finance and Accounting, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
