ALTÉRRA’s Investments team and brings over 16 years of experience in investment strategy, climate finance, and sustainability across public and private markets. Crystal leads climate-focused investments across both fund structures and co-investment opportunities.

Prior to joining ALTÉRRA, she directed strategic initiatives in fund formation at BlackRock, including four years in the Financial Markets Advisory group. In 2023, she notably spearheaded the design of a dedicated climate investment fund.

Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London, and is a CFA charter holder.
